Martin Voon has more than 10 years of consulting and training experience in China and Asia Pacific. Martin has developed, designed and delivered various leadership development programs using best of breed of leadership theories and models.
He has spent six years as managing partner in a Singapore-based consultancy and training company in Shanghai, and two years as managing consultant for a Singapore based consultancy and training company in Beijing. He has also served two years as deputy GM for a Taiwan based consultancy company in Shanghai.
Martin has designed objectives-based team building workshops for several multinational corporation’s core management teams. His work in this area includes identifying areas critical to effective team functioning and to tailor make the necessary skill sets to achieve optimum team performance. His success lies in developing teams through the four stages of team development as the result of his understanding of client needs.

Graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Law, Amos has more than 10 years of corporate senior management experience. Not only is he a certified Financial Planner, but he also holds certification from JMC Coach Mastery as an Executive Coach, as well as the Master practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, ABNLP.

His consultancy expertise covers leadership, communication sales management, personal effectiveness, team building and performance coaching.

His work over the years has drawn many commendable statements, recommendations and endorsement from his employers, participants and partners in Asia Pacific and has earned him an induction into the WHO’S WHO Historical Society and is listed in the International WHO’S WHO of Professionals.
