With more stringent regulatory requirements over business transactions and operations all over the world, continuing cost pressures, active investors and a vigilant public, businesses today must identify the third-party risks that are inherent in external business relationships, including service providers, suppliers and delivery partners, etc. In this presentation, Eddie Lam and Andrés Gentry will speak on the evolution of due diligence and third-party audits, guidance published by regulatory bodies such as the United States Department of Justice, and case studies that feature FTI Consulting’s experience with challenges and opportunities seen in this area.

This is a unique opportunity to come together with industry experts and peers to discuss how to manage third party risks and learn from real case studies. Those with exposure to high risk areas and are reliant on third parties may find this session particularly useful.
