Event Details
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai welcomes you to the Annual General Meeting 2018 on March 26th. This event is free to CanCham members, and the general public may attend by purchasing a ticket. Canapés, free flow coffee and tea will be available, as well as a cash bar.
This AGM will include voting on amendments to the Constitution. The proposed constitutional amendments will be sent by March 6th. Kindly note that non-members may not vote. You may vote if you are either:
Absentee ballots will also be sent to all voting members in case they are unable to attend. Young Professional members, however, must be present at the AGM to vote. Honourary members do not have voting rights.
NB. Please note that each Platinum, Corporate, Government & Trade Association and Academy membership has only one (1) vote.
