The inaugural At One International Festival is a celebration of the mind, body and spirit, seeking to address these issues. Come celebrate this occasion with us and take home relational learning, engagement and connection, ideas and practices that will change your life forever. A weekend of fun activities and engaging workshops curated for individuals, groups and families of all ages, the festival is set against the breath taking back drop of Suzhou's Yangcheng Lake at SANGHA by OCTAVE.

FESTIVAL PROGRAM

From Nov 9th to 11th, the event comprises of 5 parts – The Food, The Bazaar, The Workshops, The Exhibitions and The Performances. All carefully created with the intention of inspiring one to release your creative energy, and to discover the beauty of oneness with self, with others and with nature.

The Food

At the 'Mindfulness Food Fair', internationally renowned chefs and nutritionists will work together to bring a vast array of innovative, healthy and nourishing cuisines using quality organic ingredients. Embark on a culinary adventure and celebrate the joy of 'mindful' eating together!

The Bazaar

A farmers' market and creative bazaar rolled into one. Stalls selling organic produce, artisanal food, unique handicraft and other rare finds will fill up the market square while street performers mingle with the crowd to entertain and liven up the place.

The Workshops

Broaden your knowledge through the series of workshops organized. From yoga, to numerology, to traditional Chinese medicine, to sound therapy, to Ikebana and more, the sessions are highly engaging and aim to awaken your senses and awareness from inside out.

The Exhibitions

The exhibitions, featuring contemporary art and cultural showcases, is inspired by Octave's embodiment of by the concept of 'oneness'; oneness with the self, with mankind and with nature.

The Performances

Leading performers will take stage at the festival's Opening Ceremony. An evening of world music, spiritual performances and healing parties, that blends the east with the west, the ancient with the contemporary, will unleash our inner energy and creativity.

THE ORIGIN OF THE FESTIVAL

Meeting the needs of this globalized world is our shared responsibility. The moment Octave was founded, the concept of AT ONE has been deeply rooted in the 'genes' of the company. Octave is committed to the integration of Eastern and Western cultures and has been advocated for a mindful way of living that blends traditional Chinese wisdom with Western modern science. It strives to helps people to realize a life true to themselves, and to achieve a harmonious relationship with one self, the others, and the nature through teaching about a proper lifestyle, food, and body-mind-wellness .

We decide to celebrate this very first AT ONE International Festival on November 9-11, as we hope to promote the importance of body-mind-wellness and to present to the world a holistic AT ONE lifestyle — in face of the materialism embodied in the "Double Eleven" (Nov 11) shopping festival.

ABOUT THE VENUE

The event will take place at the Sangha by Octave, located at 199 Yangcheng RingRoad in Suzhou. Octave has chosen the Yangcheng Lake, located in between Shanghai and Suzhou, to hold this special event. Suzhou is deeply rooted in Chinese traditional culture, and at the same time enjoys the geographic affinity to Shanghai, one of the most cosmopolitan city in China. It is like a window that offers a view over both the past and the present, the East and the West.

Covering an area of over 189,000 square meters, Sangha is made of three main areas: AT ONE, VILLAGE, and Sangha Villas. The auditorium, Town Hall, the Community Square, the THOUGHT FOR FOOD restaurant, the SPA, and AT ONE Suites, all provide mindful space for various functions, such as conference, learning, living and interaction. It provides a comprehensive space and service support for the AT ONE International Festival.
