    David has more than 15 years’ experience in delivering services to many key clients including global mobility services, PRC Individual Income Tax (IIT) consultation, compliance and advisory on global equity incentive plans, and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals. Before joining Grant Thornton, he worked at PwC and Deloitte providing tax services to many key clients including high growth companies and large multinational organizations. From 2015 to 2016, David was seconded to Deloitte London tax team for one year.

    David’s primary professional experience including PRC IIT consultation, equity incentive plan design and its implementation and tax planning arrangement for high-net-worth individuals, including but not limited to:
    - PRC IIT compliance & consulting for international assignee, compensation structuring, IIT compliance review, international mobility management, social security consultancy
    - Global equity incentive plan compliance and advisory in China
    - Tax consultation on PRC IIT for the income arising from shares transaction and M&A activities
    - Tax advice for the individual shareholder on organizational structuring from a PRC IIT purpose
    - Tax planning arrangement for high-net-worth individual
