In the era of a talent-oriented economy, an employer’s brand is often the key factor in strengthening a company’s competitiveness. 83% employers on LinkedIn believe their brands exert a large influence when hiring qualified employees. However, 59% of employers have no idea about employer brand promotion and monitoring, and only one third of them assessed their employer brands regularly.
