Greg Nance founded Dyad.com while a Gates Scholar at Cambridge University. He previously co-founded Moneythink, a FinTech company honored by President Obama as a “Champion of Change.” In recognition of his work in global education, the Diplomatic Courier named Greg one of the "Top 99 Foreign Policy Leaders Under 33” and the Jefferson Awards for Public Service named him a "Globe Changer.” Greg loves endurance challenges and has solo climbed Mont Blanc and run 250KM across the Gobi Desert.

Jason advises on accounting and taxation practices for Foreign Invested Entities that operates in China. With his knowledge and practical skills, he had helped a large number of businesses in achieving their financial goals. His client portfolio is mainly comprised of mid to large sized corporations, while he personally has a strong interest in innovative start-up businesses.

Jason is a chartered accountant qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, and has over 7 years’ experience in approving tax efficiencies for Australian companies. Companies he had served include corporations such as SAS Institute of Australia and Nikon Australia.

Simon Shen, is the founder and principal partner of Minton Lawyers.

Before founding Minton Lawyers, Simon served in the Shanghai Office of Beijing Forever Law Firm, providing professional legal services for large domestic companies listed on the Chinese stock market.
In 2011, Simon became the Chief Counsel of the Australian FoxTucker’s Lawyers Shanghai office, assisting domestic companies with investing and listing on the Australian capital markets.

Simon has extensive experience not only in private equity and venture capital investment, but is also familiar with regulations in the M&A and banking sectors. Simon has assisted numerous companies in attracting investments at different stages, from the early stages of seed financing and start-up investments, to subsequent growth capital and pre-IPO round financing.

Simon's client base list includes various well-known domestic and foreign companies.

With regards to securities listing and financing on capital markets in China, Minton also represent state owned companies and other private companies with their financing in HKSE, NASDAQ, Euronext, ASX, AIM and SGX. We also deal with IPOs, reverse mergers, secondary offerings, PIPEs, APOs. Our overseas securities team is recognized as the most active Chinese legal team on the assistance of Chinese corporation overseas financing.
