    Simon Shen, is the founder and principal partner of Minton Lawyers.

    Before founding Minton Lawyers, Simon served in the Shanghai Office of Beijing Forever Law Firm, providing professional legal services for large domestic companies listed on the Chinese stock market.
    In 2011, Simon became the Chief Counsel of the Australian FoxTucker’s Lawyers Shanghai office, assisting domestic companies with investing and listing on the Australian capital markets.

    Simon has extensive experience not only in private equity and venture capital investment, but is also familiar with regulations in the M&A and banking sectors. Simon has assisted numerous companies in attracting investments at different stages, from the early stages of seed financing and start-up investments, to subsequent growth capital and pre-IPO round financing.

    Simon's client base list includes various well-known domestic and foreign companies.

    With regards to securities listing and financing on capital markets in China, Minton also represent state owned companies and other private companies with their financing in HKSE, NASDAQ, Euronext, ASX, AIM and SGX. We also deal with IPOs, reverse mergers, secondary offerings, PIPEs, APOs. Our overseas securities team is recognized as the most active Chinese legal team on the assistance of Chinese corporation overseas financing.
