Event Details
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai welcomes you to the Annual General Meeting 2017 on March 30th. If you are interested in attending the AGM please RSVP by either registering through EventBank, or emailing project@cancham.asia.
The AGM will include an election for the Board of Directors of CanCham. Canapés, free flow coffee, tea, and soft drinks will be available, as well as a cash bar. This event is free to CanCham members, and the general public may attend by purchasing a ticket through EventBank. Non-members may not vote.
You may vote if you are either an Individual member or the voting representative of a Platinum, Corporate, Government & Trade Association or Academy member. Young Professional members must be present at the AGM to vote. Proxy votes or absentee ballots from YP members will not be counted.
The qualifications of the Voting Representative are as follows:
NB. Please note that each Platinum, Corporate, Government & Trade Association and Academy membership has one (1) vote
NB. You may vote up to 11 candidates. Your ballot will be invalid if you vote more than 11 candidates.
