    Katrin Lee

    Dietitian-Nutritionist

    Originally from Hong Kong, Katrin Lee is a Registered Dietitian and a New York State Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist.

    Katrin obtained her Masters in Clinical Nutrition and Bachelors in Nutrition and Food Studies at New York University. She received intensive clinical training at a teaching hospital undergoing NYU Dietetic Internship and became a Registered Dietitian. As a clinical dietitian at an acute care hospital, she developed a solid base of medical nutrition therapy on cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, gastrointestinal diseases, weight management, eating disorders and food allergies.

    Before come to Jiahui Health, Katrin ran a private nutrition practice in NYC and provided one-on-one nutrition counseling. She is also a professional trained chef specialized in health supportive cooking at Natural Gourmet Institute, NYC.

    Dr. Lau received his medical degree at the National University of Singapore. He holds the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (2008) and has been accredited as a Family Physician by the Singapore Ministry of Health since 2011. Before arriving in Shanghai in 2016, Dr Ivan Lau worked for more than 17 years as a physician in both the public and private sectors in Singapore. His special interests include pediatrics, women’s health, corporate executive health, chronic disease management, oncology, and palliative care.

    Dr. Hu earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley, and his Master’s and Doctor of Psychology degrees in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. He completed training rotations at the Autism Intervention Clinic at Oakland Children’s Hospital, the San Francisco Veteran’s Affairs Hospital, and the Portia Bell Hume Center in California, as well as the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital in Xi’An. He is a licensed clinical psychologist in California, Hawaii, Beijing and Shanghai. Previously, Dr. Hu was the Clinical Director at Octave Living, and Clinical Psychologist and the Assistant Director of the Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at Beijing United Family Hospital. He is also a clinical faculty member at Palo Alto University, and provides clinical consultation in many parts of the world, including Southeast Asia and Central Asia.
