    Gabor is the founder of Campanile Management Consulting, Associate Partner of the Munich Leadership Group and Associate in management consulting firms in the US and EU. He co-founded startups in the EU, China and the Philippines. He has held positions including Board Member of Certified Management Consultants Global Institute and Chair of the EU Chamber of Commerce Shanghai SME Forum.

    Pavel Liser is the talented COO at Grow HR. Born in Lithuania, he did his Double Degree in International Business Administration in Lithuania and France. Later he worked in Commodity Trading in Denmark and then moved to Shanghai. Before Grow HR, Pavel was in the Consulting business, helping Silicon Valley startups set up operations in China. As recruitment became a bigger part of his job, Pavel decided to specialise in that field and has been with Grow HR since 2014.
