Flexible working hours are on the rise around the globe. In a recent workforce study with over 24,000 professionals organized by Polycom, 85% of the respondents in China said their company offers flexible working arrangements. Worldwide, nearly two thirds of the global workforce take advantage of anywhere working. Is this only a fad emerging in the wake of an ever-more globalized world, or is this a real trend that will continue? And what are the benefits and drawbacks?

Gender equality is another hot topic that keeps companies busy. What can employers do to improve gender equality? Is it mostly about equal pay and mentoring or is there more than can be done. To discuss these two interesting questions, we invite several speakers, including: Jeannette Yu, Partner at CMS Legal and employment law expert and Tracy Jiao, APAC Regional HR Vice-President, Firmenich.

This event will be in English.
