一. 取消与退款

1. 若您需要取消此次活动报名，请至少于活动开始前72小时发送邮件至 events@cancham.asia​ 告知我们，以便我们为您办理退款。本次游船活动的登船截止时间为晚上18:15分，请务必在此之前进行登船签到，逾期取消或未能出席活动，我们将无法为您安排退款，敬请谅解。

二. 特殊情况说明

• 对于非加中商会主办的活动，具体退款规则请以活动主办方的政策为准。
• 如活动涉及登船、门票等特殊安排，因个人原因未能按时参与（例如未在规定时间前登船），我们将无法退还相关费用，感谢您的理解。

三. 退款处理时间

       符合退款条件的款项，我们将在审核通过后的 7-15个工作日 内原路退回，请您耐心等待。退款过程中，平台可能收取微量手续费，请以实际情况为准。

Refund Policies

A. Cancellation & Refund

1. If you need to cancel your registration, kindly notify us by emailing events@cancham.asia​ at least 72 hours before the event starts. The boarding deadline for this cruise is 18:15 p.m. Please be sure to check in before this time. please understand that we will not be able to arrange a refund for you if you cancel or fail to attend the event after the deadline.

B. Special Circumstances

• For events not organized by CanCham, refund policies will follow the respective organizer's terms.
• For activities with specific arrangements (e.g., boarding or ticketed entry), refunds cannot be provided if participation is missed due to personal reasons (e.g., arriving after the boarding deadline). Thank you for your kind understanding.

C. Refund Processing Time

1. Eligible refunds will be issued within 7-15 business days after approval. We appreciate your patience. A nominal processing fee (if applicable) may be deducted, subject to actual circumstances.
