王正洋律师从事法律实务三十余年，曾从事法院审判工作五年。
执业领域主要包括诉讼仲裁、外商投资、公司法务、企业投融资、并购重组、知识产权和国际贸易。
王正洋律师擅长代理重大、复杂商事纠纷的诉讼及仲裁，具有丰富的商务谈判经验以及企业法律顾问经验，先后担任三十余家具有相当规模的国内公司和跨国公司的常年法律顾问，包括金融机构、房地产开发企业、能源企业、建筑企业、生产企业、运输企业和贸易公司等。并担任上海国际商会副会长、上海四川商会副会长等职。

Mr. Wang has been engaged in legal practice for more than 30 years and worked as a judge for 5 years.
His practice areas include litigation and arbitration, foreign investment, general corporate affairs, corporate investment and financing, M&A, intellectual property rights and international trade.
Mr. Wang specializes in handling major, complex civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases. He has extensive experience in business negotiation and as a corporate legal counsel. He has served as the legal counsel for over 30 domestic and cross-border companies, including financial institutions, real estate development companies, energy companies, construction companies, manufacturers, transportation companies and trading companies. He is also the vice president of the Shanghai International Chamber of Commerce and the vice president of the Shanghai Sichuan Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Wang has been widely recognized and trusted by domestic and foreign clients. He was elected as 2014 Client Choice Top 20 lawyers in China of Asia Legal Business (“ALB”), won the “Commercial Arbitration - Lawyer of the Year - China” in the Lawyer Monthly Legal Award 2016, and won the “ Leading Commercial Disputes Litigation and Arbitration Lawyer of the Year, China” in the Acquisition International 2020 Leading Advisor Awards.
