By submitting your membership with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai (CanCham Shanghai), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following conditions.

【Representation of the Chamber】

Members must not misrepresent their affiliation with, or the positions and views of, CanCham Shanghai in any public, commercial, or professional context. Use of the CanCham Shanghai name, logo, or branding for unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

【Conduct Standards】

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the values of CanCham Shanghai at all times, including at chamber events, in member communications, and in their broader professional activities. Conduct that is illegal, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or that brings the chamber into disrepute may result in suspension of event attendance privileges, cancellation of membership, or both.

【Consequences of Breach】

CanCham Shanghai reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny or revoke membership renewal, restrict or prohibit attendance at chamber events, and/or take such other action as the Board of Directors deems appropriate, in the event that a member is found to have engaged in conduct contrary to these standards.
