退改政策 Refund Policies

一. 取消与退款

若您需要取消此次活动报名，请至少于活动开始前72小时发送邮件至 events@cancham.asia 告知我们，以便我们为您办理退款。逾期取消或未能出席活动，我们将无法为您安排退款，敬请谅解。

二. 退款处理时间

       符合退款条件的款项，我们将在审核通过后的 7-15个工作日 内原路退回，请您耐心等待。退款过程中，平台可能收取微量手续费，请以实际情况为准。


请注意：任何不当行为都将导致被请离活动现场。此外，不当行为的发生，可能导致会员资格即刻被撤销。


A. Cancellation & Refund

  1. If you need to cancel your registration, kindly notify us by emailing events@cancham.asia​​ at least 72 hours before the event starts. Please understand that we will not be able to arrange a refund for you if you cancel or fail to attend the event after the deadline. 

B. Refund Processing Time

  1. Eligible refunds will be issued within 7-15 business days after approval. We appreciate your patience. A nominal processing fee (if applicable) may be deducted, subject to actual circumstances.
