A. Cancellation & Refund

  1. If you need to cancel your registration, kindly notify us by emailing events@cancham.asiaโ€‹​ at least 72 hours before the event starts. Please understand that we will not be able to arrange a refund for you if you cancel or fail to attend the event after the deadline. 

B. Refund Processing Time

  1. Eligible refunds will be issued within 7-15 business days after approval. We appreciate your patience. A nominal processing fee (if applicable) may be deducted, subject to actual circumstances.
